Pot has killed more people than the mere act of accepting Jesus Christ as your personal savior. Of course, saved Christians have killed millions and millions of more people than pot, but that is another matter entirely.
Extremist points of view have saved more people that entrenched values. So, how many people do you touch each month with your signature edge of the world news Mr Dare? Ever feel like the highest player in the tarot deck ...the fool?Like your photo! And your rant DudeGOplanet!Jim
Love it....keep posting funny vids!
Mr Channon, how do you figure that "Extremist points of view have saved more people that entrenched values." Doesn't the Spanish inquisition always show up when you least expect it?
You know...smoke is smoke. Smoke is bad for you. Doesn't matter what burns to make the smoke, smoke is BAD for your lungs. Pot smoke may not be AS toxic as cigarettes, insofar as cigarettes contain quite a lot of chemicals relative to mere cannabis, and of course it's not as bad for you as alcohol. But smoke still causes health issues, and ultimately, lung cancer. In addition, when people say 'pot doesn't kill anyone, whereas cigarettes do," that's becuase there's been hudnreds of studies of the effects of cigarette smoke on the human body, not to mention the entirety of society partaking in tobacco for hundreds of years. Since pot isn't legal, it's far more diffuclt to do proper studies, so we can't conclusively say that pot has killed X amount of people. That doesn't mean it isn't happening, and I sincerely doubt there's something so magical about cannabis as to make its smoke less lethal than smoke in general. It's just wacky logic. That said, legalize pot already.
No one expects the Spanish Inquisition !
It's perfectly rational to presume if the smoke of one plant causes cancer, the smoke of all plants causes cancer. It's just not logical. There's a perfect kind of smoke that's actually good for you. That's counter-intuitive. It's also true. Please check out this prior post.http://dareland.blogspot.com/2009/07/second-hand-smoke-is-good-for-you.html
fluffy bunnies are more dangerous then they look. I'm recovering from a nasty fluffy bunny attack. Thank god I have lots of pot to ease my pain.
Anonymous, pot smokers inhale a HELLUVA lot less smoke than cigarette smokers, for one thing. For another, vaporization is catching on and will certainly become the preferred mode of inhalation once the equipment becomes a bit more affordable. No smoke involved.
